The Assistant Coach Position We’re looking for a heart-centered intrapreneur coach — someone who treats this work like a calling, not just a job. An intrapreneur is someone who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur while serving within a larger mission. You bring creativity, initiative, and ownership to everything you do — not because you have to, but because you care deeply about the people you serve and the mission behind it. The right person for this role is part clinician, part problem solver, and all-in on helping people move better and live stronger in the mountains and in life. You’re entrepreneur-minded, resourceful, and passionate about personal growth. You find fulfillment in identifying and taking initiative in areas that could be improved or streamlined. You thrive in a team that values both independence and collaboration, and you believe that we go further together than alone. You take ownership, steward everything you are entrusted with well, communicate clearly and honestly, and navigate challenges with grace, humility, and a steady sense of purpose. Pay listed is a general range, you can make more in this position. Details of how will be discussed during interview process and if you are offered the job. All this being said, this is not a mentorship. We are NOT looking for someone who wants to come work with us for 6 months to a year to learn and then start their own business. Position Onboarding Expectations:You will progress from Program Design towards Coaching and Program Design while learning tools and systems, developing coaching skills unique to our clients’ needs, and building confidence in the day-to-day flow. In general, we will follow a “I Do & You Watch” → “We Do” → “You Do” learning flow. You will be learning from people who have done every aspect of this role, and can answer any questions you have throughout the process. Core Values: Relentless Growth We believe in Relentless Growth. And what that means is choosing the action that will take us to the next level, regardless of the belief that we can or cannot do it. Which leads to us treating every situation, good or bad, as a learning experience to transform us into the best version of ourselves. (James 1:2-5, Psalm 9:1-2) Extreme Ownership We believe in Extreme Ownership. And what that means is we own everything in our world, both business and personal, to a degree that most people would classify as uncomfortable. This leads to acknowledging our shortcomings and where we need to improve, as well as celebrating how far we’ve come. This gives us an appreciation for the journey, rather than just the destination. (Luke 16:10, Matthew 25:14-30) Community & Connection Our work is more than fitness – it’s about helping our clients get back to the adventure communities they love. We foster a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. We believe that we are stronger – together. We build confidence and strength side by side. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, Proverbs 27:17, Proverbs 13:20) Resilience & Adaptability We recognize that setbacks happen, but they don’t define us. We help clients shift their mindset from fear to confidence, and from “I’m broken” to “I’m rebuilding stronger.” We embrace change and help clients stay strong through life’s ups and downs. (Philippians 4:13, Matthew 6:25-34, Philippians 2:13, Isaiah 40:31, 2 Corinthians 12:9-10) Integrity and Trust Honesty without kindness is brutality, and kindness without honesty is manipulation. - Bryan Reeves We choose to show up honestly, transparently, and consistently for our clients and each other. We acknowledge the struggles, meet each person where they are with honesty and kindness. We don’t overpromise or push quick fixes with clients because our trust is earned through results, respect, and expertise – not gimmicks. (Proverbs 11:3, Colossians 3:12-14, Ephesians 4:1-3, Galatians 5:22-23) Leadership We recognize that leadership happens both through intentional teaching and daily example. It’s lived out through the way we coach, speak, listen, and lead. We use the amazing example of Jesus to inform our leadership style as we coach our clients. The coaching experience is an opportunity for us to demonstrate Jesus’ love and wisdom through the way we live and interact with others. Since most of the clients we work with do not know Jesus, we remain ready to share the reason for the hope that we have with gentleness, respect, and permission. (Matthew 28:18-20, 1 Peter 3:15-16) Service in Love We believe that true leadership begins with service, and true service flows from love. Loving someone well encompasses serving them – not from obligation, but from gratitude for what Christ has done for us. We strive to show up relying fully on God’s strength – offering our best effort, attention, and compassion – so others might glimpse the heart of Jesus through our words and actions. Service in love means maintaining a mindset of hospitality, humility, and joy in the work we do. Whether coaching, encouraging, or simply showing up for someone in their struggle, we do it as unto the Lord, not for recognition or reward.
