Customer Account Manager - Entry Level Requirements: • Drive customer engagement and excitement for the brand using engaging direct marketing techniques • Evaluate customer needs in order to upsell products and wireless services to increase company profit margins • Become an expert in negotiation by utilizing persuasive sales techniques and your ability to overturn objections as a Customer Account Manager • Record detailed reports of all sales interactions through accurate dispositioning of leads, tracking customer talk to’s, submitting complete sales orders, and utilizing customer rehash systems as outlined in the company systems and policies handbook • Attend weekly company sales goals meetings to discuss individual and team performance, campaign goals, and quality control metrics • Conduct in-person sales presentations; rely on active listening skills to find quality solutions for customer wireless service needs alongside other Customer Account Managers Customer Account Manager - Entry Level Qualifications: • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with prospective customers • Familiarity with basic customer service and sales techniques • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required for the Customer Account Manager Opening • Curious by nature and takes the initiative to self-educate • Reliable daily transportation to our office, this is an on-site role.
