We’re on the hunt for a Client Relations Specialist to join our Client Relations team! You’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) our clients encounter, whether they’re rushing in with an emergency or calling with questions. No veterinary experience? No worries! If you’ve got customer service skills and a heart for helping people and pets, we’ll teach you the rest. Ideal backgrounds include: Veterinary or human medicine Customer service, hospitality, or any client-facing role A love for teamwork and problem-solving under pressure What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming clients (both human and furry) with compassion and professionalism Collecting and entering important client and patient information for emergency visits Assisting clients with financial options and paperwork Answering phone calls and directing calls appropriately Organizing medical records and ensuring accuracy Supporting pet owners through difficult decisions, including euthanasia services Recognizing STAT cases and notifying the medical team What Makes You a Great Fit?
