UPPERLINE LEGAL IS HIRING A LEGAL RECRUITING SOURCER We're a Texas-based legal recruiting company specializing in placing attorneys into law firms across Texas. With 2026 looking busy, we're ready to add to the team! THE ROLE This sourcing role focuses on candidate outreach. You will research attorneys using our 2 databases and LinkedIn, and compile lists of attorneys who would be a good fit for our job openings. Then you will draft cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls to land candidates. If you're not comfortable with cold outreach and cold calling, then this isn't the right fit. You will work closely with our three-person recruiting team of Anne Heaviside, Rebecca Davis, and Jeff Heaviside to help identify and build talent pipelines. While sourcing is the main focus, there will be some admin tasks involved, such as assisting with social media campaigns, updating CRM, and managing the company's LinkedIn inbox. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Prior experience in recruiting or sales with prior cold calling experience • Comfortable with high-volume outreach • Self-starter who can work independently • Someone interested in legal recruiting who wants to learn the Texas market THE DETAILS • Work from home • Base pay plus commission: In addition to your base pay, sourcers will receive commissions based on hitting certain metrics, plus commissions when your candidate places.
