Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Production Worker to join our food processing plant. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining food safety standards and ensuring efficient production processes. Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus, but training will be provided to ensure adherence to sanitation and safety protocols. Duties • Operate bakery equipment and machinery following safety and quality standards • Removing bread from pans to cool, and grease pans to be used again. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with sanitation protocols • Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality standards • Support inventory management by organizing ingredients and packaging materials • Follow all safety procedures related to food processing, sanitation, and equipment operation Skills • Experience in food production, manufacturing, or food processing environments preferred • Ability to operate packaging machinery and perform basic math calculations accurately • Forklift certification is a plus for handling raw materials or finished goods • Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality control and safety compliance • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a reputable bakery operation committed to excellence in food safety and quality.
