Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated outpatient neurologists to join our expanding Neurology team at UPMC Northshore Neurology at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. This role offers a tailored practice experience designed to balance professional fulfillment with personal well-being, within a collegial and supportive group. What You'll Do: - You will provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care to a diverse patient population. - You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - You will participate in community outreach and education to promote neurological health. - You will engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research initiatives. - You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to enhance patient outcomes. - You will maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will contribute to a positive and collegial work environment through teamwork and communication. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Neurology. - You possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient neurology. - You have strong diagnostic and clinical skills in managing neurological disorders. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania and/or New York. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with telemedicine and digital health platforms. - Familiarity with PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) program requirements. - Prior involvement in clinical research or academic teaching. - Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient communities.
