Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated outpatient neurologists to join our expanding UPMC Northshore Neurology team at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. This role is designed to provide a tailored, balanced career that supports both professional growth and personal well-being within a collegial group setting. What You'll Do: - You will provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care to a diverse patient population. - You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - You will participate in community outreach and education to promote neurological health. - You will engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in neurology. - You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. - You will support the team in achieving clinical and operational goals. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Neurology. - You possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient neurology. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient and team relationships. - You are committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. - You are eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania and/or New York. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with telemedicine and digital health platforms. - Familiarity with PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) program requirements. - Prior involvement in academic or research activities. - Multilingual abilities to serve diverse communities.
