Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. • Implement therapeutic techniques including applied behavior analysis, art therapy, and crisis intervention strategies. • Provide case management services, ensuring clients receive appropriate resources and support. • Engage in behavior management practices to assist clients in developing coping strategies. • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various issues including gender-related concerns and working with people with disabilities. • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical terminology standards. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients. Requirements • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. • Valid licensure as a Therapist or Counselor in the relevant state. • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and crisis intervention techniques. • Experience with case management and patient assessment processes. • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. • Previous experience working with individuals facing gender issues or disabilities is preferred.
