Role Overview Panorama AI is seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented part time Product Manager to help drive product strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment as we scale an early-stage AI startup spun out of UP.Labs. This is a hands-on, fractional role ideal for a PM who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working closely with founders and engineers, and can translate real customer needs into clear product direction. You’ll operate as the connective tissue between customers, internal teams, and leadership, owning product planning, execution, and feedback loops as we scale our product. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership to ensure we’re building the right things, in the right order, for the right users. What You’ll Do Own and evolve the product roadmap, translating customer needs and business priorities into clear product initiatives. Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, scope features, and drive execution from discovery through delivery. Lead customer and partner feedback loops, synthesizing insights into actionable product decisions. Act as the primary product point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs. Drive lightweight product discovery: user interviews, workflow mapping, problem validation, and solution testing. Ensure strong product execution by writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance and adoption, using qualitative and quantitative signals to inform iteration. Help establish foundational product processes (planning cadence, documentation, prioritization frameworks) that scale as the company grows. Collaborate with the UP.Labs platform team (data, design, GTM, legal, finance) as needed to accelerate progress. What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally in early-stage or zero-to-one environments. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Experience building B2B SaaS, AI-enabled, or data-intensive products strongly preferred. Strong customer empathy and comfort engaging directly with users, partners, or enterprise stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complexity into clear direction. Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel. Comfortable operating in a fractional capacity with high ownership and autonomy.
