Job Description As a VP, Workforce Transformation & Planning Analyst at United Overseas Bank Ltd, you will play a critical role in shaping our future workforce. You will leverage data analytics to drive strategic workforce planning, optimizing our talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth data analysis of workforce trends, including headcount, attrition, talent gaps, and skill requirements, using various data sources and analytical tools. • Develop and maintain robust workforce planning models and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as VLOOKUP to extract and present key insights. • Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management to inform talent strategies and resource allocation. • Collaborate with HR business partners, business leaders, and finance teams to understand current and future workforce needs and align planning initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within workforce planning and transformation initiatives. • Prepare and present regular reports and presentations on workforce metrics, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to various stakeholders. • Participate in the development and implementation of new workforce planning technologies and methodologies. • Support the transformation of the workforce through data-driven insights, identifying areas for reskilling, upskilling, and organizational design changes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. • Proven experience (5+ years) in a data analysis, workforce planning, or HR analytics role, preferably within a large organization. • Exceptional proficiency in Data Analytics, with a strong ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights. • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including extensive experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization techniques. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with workforce planning methodologies and HR best practices is highly desirable.
