Job Description Operational Management Oversee and execute daily operational tasks within the assigned department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures. Compliance and Risk Management Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks. Identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately. Process Improvement Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of more efficient workflows and systems. Reporting and Analysis Prepare and analyze various reports, data, and documentation to support decision-making and provide insights to management. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and resolve queries or issues. Mentorship and Training Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting in their development and understanding of departmental functions. Project Support Participate in and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives as required, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes. Customer Service Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with demonstrable experience in an operational or support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
