At least 5 years banking operations experience, familiarity with KYC, AML, MAS626 regulation, eServices, leadership skills, university degree, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Description Responsibilities: Lead a team of team members in performing setup of electronic services for non-individual clients and work with various stakeholders within the bank. Process Non-Individual client onboarding including internet banking application and maintenance, Corporate PayNow, SGQR, API, etc) Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations Prepare statistics and reports Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor Requirements: Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in banking operations Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR etc is an advantage Strong leadership and supervisory skills Be a self starter, fast learner, committed Be able to work independently and a team player. Able to adapt to new technology / systems Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
