Recognized as: • 2025 Canada’s Top 100 AI Startups • BC Tech Startup of the Year • BC Tech AI Game changer We believe real estate decisions should be data-first, transparent, and scalable, so that complex development projects become more predictable, capital-efficient, and aligned with stakeholder goals. About the Role We are seeking a forward-thinking Innovation & Process Optimization Consultant to lead internal and external transformation initiatives — bridging operational design, AI workflow automation, and real estate process intelligence. This role will help scale UnlockLand’s core platform capabilities, streamline client implementation workflows, and drive measurable impact across underwriting, data operations, and government collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Optimize Platform Workflows: Map, analyze, and redesign business and data workflows across UnlockLand’s feasibility engine, ensuring operational efficiency and automation consistency. • Drive AI Implementation Efficiency: Collaborate with data science, product, and real estate strategy teams to streamline feasibility, underwriting, and market analytics pipelines using Lean and Six Sigma frameworks. • Institutional & Developer Integration: Support onboarding and transformation projects for public-sector clients, REITs, and master developers — translating operational insights into scalable automation solutions. • Develop Process Intelligence Frameworks: Build measurable systems to track process efficiency, project delivery timelines, and cost-saving outcomes enabled by UnlockLand’s AI tools. • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify systemic inefficiencies across departments, propose data-driven solutions, and quantify value creation in terms of time savings, accuracy, and shareholder impact. • Executive-Level Reporting: Deliver structured improvement reports, workflow dashboards, and process optimization playbooks for the Leadership and Partnerships team. Qualifications • 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, business process transformation, or operational excellence, ideally within real estate, infrastructure, or tech sectors. • Strong foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or digital transformation frameworks. • Demonstrated experience in AI or data-driven workflow implementation is highly preferred. • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. • Understanding of real estate feasibility, investment modeling, or urban planning processes is a strong plus. • Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Power BI, or Python-based analytics is advantageous. Why Join UnlockLand • Shape how AI transforms real estate development at scale. • Collaborate with urban innovation teams building smarter cities across North America and the MENA region. • Work remotely in a mission-driven, high-impact startup backed by top-tier partners. • Contribute to projects that generate measurable ROI, cost savings, and policy innovation in the built environment.
