6 Month Contract with possible extension or conversion but no guarantee. Hybrid in office T/W/TH Executive Assistant provides support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Being an Executive Assistant is responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Additionally, Executive Assistant full comprehension of company's operation and procedures. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff. Uses discretion and judgment and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities. Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent. More detail: Key Responsibilities: • Calendar Management: Keep our department and leaders on track by scheduling meetings, organizing events, and tracking attendance. • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and ensure refreshments are ordered when needed. • Procedure Adherence: Follow established guidelines with precision, while having limited opportunities to exercise independent judgment. • Office Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, keeping an eye on expenditures. • Document Preparation: Craft correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, • and other written and visual materials. What You Bring to the Table: • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative or related experience, ideally in a medium to large organization. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or related degree is preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to take direction, be adaptable, and collaborate positively with others.
