JOB SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle Application Analyst provides support and analysis to promote system and workflow improvements to maintain more efficient revenue cycle operations across the University of Vermont Health Network (UVMHN). Responsibilities include working with end-users, vendors, and internal information systems (IS) staff to provide insights into the business/clinical processes as they apply to the network systems. Close collaboration with UVMHN Enrollment and other network staff to ensure appropriate set up for billing and referring providers. Incumbents will develop work plans, train users, document current business processes, and work with clinical and business counterparts in support of departmental needs. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or formal technical training or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: 1+ year in a related position.
