Candidates must have an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience. The position requires coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.

Job Duties: Provides coordination and support for program activities with a focus on accurate data entry and patient care interactions. This role supports both administrative and clinical functions to ensure the smooth operation of university or community-based health programs. Supports assigned projects and program activities in alignment with stated goals and objectives. Enters accurate and timely data program and patient data. Supports patient-facing clinical activities (program - scheduling, enrollment, follow-up). Assist with program coordination and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality. Performs related duties as required. Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
