Your next career opportunity As a SSTP Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Student Services Transformation Program by enabling data products that support informed decision-making. You will engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements, perform data analysis, and develop business intelligence wireframes for executive use. Your work will involve translating complex data into actionable insights, driving program initiatives, and supporting the development of dashboards and datasets. Your responsibilities will include: Perform Comprehensive Data Analysis: Conduct data discovery activities, define business rules, and map data across multiple systems to inform solutions and improve outcomes. Design Business Intelligence Solutions: Develop Power BI dashboards and wireframes, translating data analysis into clear insights for executive decision-making. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with diverse stakeholders to document data and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of functional specifications. Support Program Initiatives: Manage data analysis components of projects, working cross-functionally to identify data sources and deliver data-driven insights. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced data analyst with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI, capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights and collaborating effectively with stakeholders in a dynamic University setting. You may also: Have qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a relevant discipline with experience in a large organisation. Possess strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration. Demonstrate proficiency in source system analysis, data mapping, and data wrangling. Have experience in developing business intelligence dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. Exhibit service excellence, striving to deliver beyond expectations and working collaboratively as part of a team. Are familiar with building predictive models, AI/ML and channel analysis.
