The Manager of Recruitment & Outreach at the UCSF School of Nursing is responsible for leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy for our diverse academic programs. Their portfolio includes lead generation and nurturing as a crucial part of leading students to completed applications and meeting enrollment targets. Reporting to the Director of Learner Experience, the Manager oversees and implements: • Recruitment and marketing budget • Materials and resources • Digital outreach and advertising campaigns • In-person recruitment • Campaigns to enable faculty to be recruiters • Utilizing our CRM for drip campaigns • Response to inquiries • Production and coordination of info-sessions • Measurement of effort success, conversion tracking The successful Manager will: • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across our organization and with external stakeholders • Utilize marketing, recruitment, and audience expertise to maximize our efforts and carefully target in order to meet our enrollment goals • Apply a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to streamline processes while managing several programs with differing needs • Required to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $81,300 - $172,300.00 (Annual Rate).
