This role involves independently managing the ICTS Community Engagement Unit, overseeing program development, administration, and representation to external organizations, while collaborating with faculty and leadership to set program agendas and funding objectives. Highlights • Oversee the ICTS Community Engagement Unit and represent the program externally. • Design, develop, and administer academic or research program components including administration, finance, HR, and facilities. • Collaborate with faculty to formulate short-term plans and disseminate procedures. • Develop and organize conferences and public forums. • Require advanced knowledge of administrative, budgetary, human resources, and financial principles. • Doctorate in a related field or equivalent experience is required. • Strong fundraising skills and experience with community engagement essential. • Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills needed. • Annual salary range: $108,100 to $132,300 with additional benefits. • Work under direction of ICTS Principal Investigator, CAO, and Faculty leads to establish program goals.
