University of California, Irvine is hiring a Data Systems Analyst 4-HB Enterprise Reporting. The role involves developing and maintaining hospital billing databases to automate processes and provide key performance indicators enabling leadership to make informed operational decisions. Highlights • Develop and maintain hospital billing databases to support automation and KPI reporting • Strong knowledge of healthcare automated systems in a Business Office environment required • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming, including Transact SQL scripts • Experience in database management, report generation, and Business Intelligence tool customization • Certification in EPIC data models (Revenue, Clinical, or Access) preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience required • Minimum 2 years working in a hospital environment using automated Patient Accounting systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Compensation ranges from USD $108,100 to $204,900 per year • Preferred experience includes project management and familiarity with university and medical center policies
