Act as first point of contact in the department office. Process travel and entertainment reimbursement reports and confirm reports follow all UC travel policies. Assist with travel arrangements for faculty, graduate students and guests of the department. Provide support to faculty, staff, and students in purchasing supplies and services. Work with campus accounts payable unit to ensure timely payments to our vendors. Submit payroll changes and on-boarding cases for department personnel. Oversee incoming mail and package distribution and assist with outgoing shipments. Arrange conference room reservations. Schedule meetings and assist with event arrangements. Assist Chair and CAO as needed.
