Design, build, implement and optimize a statewide project management system for a broad network of California child welfare services training and workforce development partners, including the Northern Academy, other CalAcademies, California Department of Social Services (CDSS), and other partners across the state. This project management system will be used to document, track and manage simultaneous complex, statewide projects across multiple organizations that are geographically distributed and have distinct but interrelated functions. Work in a highly collaborative manner with statewide partners and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives; address concerns; and implement best practices for program and process improvement. Define and analyze business practices, processes, and problems, translating client requirements into workable models. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making. Research, recommend and provide design solutions that satisfy user requirements and optimize business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. Design, develop and implement solutions to address business challenges, testing both technical and business process compatibility. Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders, including senior leaders and CDSS. Assist in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects. Prepare general and detailed work plans; provide technical training, documentation, guidance, and support to clients.
