Support and oversee the UC Davis Health brand, develop marketing campaigns, and supervise marketing staff.

Under the direction of the Director of Brand Management + Marketing the incumbent will provide support and oversight of the UC Davis Health brand while also serving as a marketing lead to support organizational entities (departments, programs, initiatives) including supervision of key marketing staff members. The incumbent will be considered a primary brand steward responsible for overseeing and advancing brand standards and educating, advising, and mentoring health system partners on the standards. Extensive interaction with stakeholder groups is required as well as coordination with Public Affairs and Marketing teams to achieve department wide and organizational goals. The incumbent will create marketing campaigns that are consistent with brand direction and assuring organizational alignment to support specific marketing objectives.
