Position Title: Clinical Assistant, Associate or Full Professor Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Clinical Assistant Professor Job Duties: The School of Nursing and Health Professions (SoNHP) at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for a Clinical Track instructor in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Nurse Anesthesia emphasis program, with anticipated start date in July 2026. To fill this faculty position, we are seeking doctorally prepared, certified nurse anesthesia candidates who are collaborative, energetic, and have expertise in nurse anesthesia. Responsibilities include teaching and scholarship or service. Title will be determined upon review of qualifications. Key Job Responsibilities: Scholarship Teaching Perform campus, community, and professional service Department: School of Nursing and Health Professions Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing and nurse anesthesia program associated with a regionally accredited institution of higher education Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, DNAP) appropriate to content area or near degree completion (final semester) Current certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification eligible for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Unencumbered license as a registered nurse and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin Five or more years of clinical experience Preferred Qualifications: Graduate level teaching experience Distance/online teaching experience Evidence of scholarship and service How to Apply: Applicants must submit the following documents using the online application: Letter of intent Curriculum vita Official transcripts from nurse anesthesia school and doctoral education Contact information for three professional references Two letters of recommendation upon request *Please use your application materials to speak to each of the qualifications for this position as listed above.
