Position: CDL-A Owner Operator - 6mo EXP Required - Local - Intermodal - Universal Logistics Partnering with Intermodal Owner Operators in Charlotte, NC!. Charlotte North Carolina Contractor Pay: $200.00 - $800.00 per day Job description: CDL A Owner Operator-Intermodal Home Daily Universal Logistics is looking for Owner Operators/Drivers to join our dynamic team at our terminal in the Charlotte, NC area. This position is vital for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight across designated routes. As a Truck Driver, you will play an essential role in maintaining our reputation for quality service. Responsibilities • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently. • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment. • Maintain accurate records and other expenses. • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status. • Plate and insurance programs available • Discount on Private Fuel & at most national truck stops! • 72% of each load • LOCAL freight, Regional, Ports & Rails • Home nightly!
