Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Inside Sales Technical Director to lead our inside sales team in driving business growth through innovative technical sales strategies. The Inside Technical Sales Director leads our inside sales organization to deliver scalable revenue growth across existing accounts and new business. This role combines commercial leadership with strong technical acumen—owning pipeline generation, conversion, forecasting accuracy, and sales process excellence. Responsibilities also include managing all aspects of the quoting process, including standard and non-standard quotes, bid generation, and proposal development. As you build and coach a high performing team Inside Sales team, this role will ensure consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment in all quoting activities as you partner closely with Business Development (Marketing and Product Development), elevate our use of Sales Force CRM/enablement tools, and drive forecasting predictably through data-driven results. Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and strategic planning. • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies that align with company objectives. • Manage outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to existing clients and prospecting new business opportunities. • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance metrics. • Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach initiatives that generate qualified leads. • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high satisfaction levels. Requirements • Proven experience in technology or technical sales, with a strong background in B2B sales environments. • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, outbound calling, telemarketing, and warm calling techniques. • Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly. • Strong business development acumen with a focus on expanding market share through proactive outreach and relationship building. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Prior experience in customer service or account management is highly desirable.
