Responsibilities Review and oversee clinical charts for four virtual Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards Conduct ongoing check-ins and meetings with APPs to support performance, development, and overall success Serve as a point of contact for APPs, responding to questions and calls as needed within reasonable scope Review, approve, and sign off on clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner Qualifications MD/DO Board Certified in Psychiatry Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
