Must have active Florida 220 or 440 insurance license, ability to commute to office 3 days a week, and preferably experience with Commercial Lines accounts.
Commercial Lines Assistant Location: Aventura, FL (On-site, 3 DAYS A WEEK)REMOTE 2 X WEEK Compensation: Salary in the $60k range for qualified candidates An established independent insurance agency in Aventura is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in commercial insurance. Requirements: • Active 220 or 440 Florida insurance license (required) • Ability to commute to the Aventura office Monday–Friday • Experience supporting Commercial Lines accounts preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Proficiency with agency management systems is a plus Responsibilities: • Assist Commercial Lines Account Managers with day-to-day servicing • Process endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes • Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors professionally and promptly • Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system • Provide general administrative and service support to the commercial team If you meet the requirements and are looking to join a reputable and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
