What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with computer systems and comfortable navigating multiple software applications. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare providers or in a health insurance setting. - Familiarity with claims processing and authorization procedures. - Previous remote work experience with self-motivation and discipline. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
