Our aim is to find a person who can strategically leverage the latest Data Analytics tools and technologies as we move our existing processes to the Cloud. The ideal candidate is a Senior level technical resource with a diverse background in Automation and creating Reports & Metrics with a proven ability at quickly standardizing and consolidating into a reportable data solution which is endorsed by a solid commitment to customer service and the ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams. The role will be in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for deliverables to the Optum Rx Clinical Engagement team. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and support product analysis including performance, expansion opportunities, financial health, roadmap planning, and end-of-life decisions Develop and maintain analytical reporting to evaluate program effectiveness and support strategic and operational goals across CES programs Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets using advanced querying and reporting tools, with a focus on generating and presenting actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable data solutions, including coding and leveraging cloud-based tools to apply business logic and transform data Design and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, while maintaining and refining existing reports, analytical models, and database queries Build and sustain technologies that support scalable, reusable automation and drive quality and efficiency across business processes You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in advanced querying, reporting, and data management 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python Experience in data analytics, including detailed follow-up and comprehensive root cause analysis Experience translating research and business requirements into actionable process plans and specifications, with ongoing project and program monitoring Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level Demonstrated expertise in presenting and facilitating meetings across various organizational levels Proven solid organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects concurrently Preferred Qualifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or broader healthcare domains Clinical analytics background/experience Experience with healthcare terminology and/or systems Proven background in working within fast-paced, highly scaled Agile environments *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
