This position is required to ensure compliance with UnitedHealthcare's contract with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator Senior, you will provide administrative and operational support related to Long-term Care (LTC) members' placement changes, Level of Care (LOC) annual redetermination and Medicaid Eligibility in compliance with the contract and its amendments. Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours to 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. If you reside in the state of Florida, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: • Ensure member address changes and transitions are processed and submitted to the State upon receipt within contractual time frames • Ensure annual LOC redeterminations are submitted to the State (Department of Elder Affairs-CARES) upon receipt within contractual • Timeframes • Process incoming mail from the Department of Children & Families related to Member Medicaid Eligibility • Notification to Case Management staff of Member Medicaid Redetermination due date • Provide support to Case Management staff within assigned areas of responsibility • Documentation of activities in ICUE • Training staff on State contract requirements and UnitedHealthcare processes • Special projects What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) • 2+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry • Intermediate level of experience with computer efficiency and MS Word, Excel (create, edit, save documents) and Outlook (email and calendar management) • Intermediate level of experience working with office equipment (FAX, Scanner, Printers, or Copiers) • Access to a designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with health care insurance • Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid Services • Clerical or administrative support background or experience working in a call center environment • ICUE and Community Care experience • Microsoft SharePoint knowledge • All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
