Primary Responsibilities: Assist in designing and implementing analytics platform components using Microsoft Azure, Databricks and PowerBI. Collaborate with senior architects and analytics consultants to translate business needs into technical requirements. Support the development of data models and pipelines that enable accurate and timely data exchange. Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data platforms. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. Contribute to the modernization of data exchange processes and platform scalability. Create models/design dashboards in PowerBI using best practices. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering Proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling and dashboard development Experience with SQL Server (coding & procedural development) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Proficient with MS Word & Excel Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SSRS Exposure to event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) Experience working in or with the healthcare insurance industry is highly preferred *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
