Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Japanese will help bridge language gaps and ensure our customers receive clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance with their health plan inquiries. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert customer service by addressing complex health plan questions in both English and Japanese. - You will resolve member issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or policy-related concerns. - You will document interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of member communications. - You will stay informed about health plan updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. - You will assist in training and mentoring new team members to enhance overall service quality. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer experiences. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance sectors. - Fluency in both English and Japanese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a bilingual customer service role. - Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and insurance terminology. - Previous experience in a remote work setting. - Additional language skills beyond English and Japanese.
