This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance team and work directly with an extremely demanding, mission-driven executive. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, data-savvy problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced, "get-it-done" environment. This role is for someone who wants to share in the operational burden of a complex and dynamic business. You must be able to think on your feet, manage multiple small projects simultaneously, and maintain a high standard of excellence at all times. Key Responsibilities • Staff Scheduling & Resource Management: Oversee the scheduling and routing of clinical staff to maximize efficiency and patient access. • Project Management & Data Analysis: Lead small-to-medium scale operational projects, using your strong data manipulation and organizational skills to drive results. • Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to our operational workflows. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with clinical staff, partners (SNFs, HHAs), and leadership to ensure smooth operations. • Problem Resolution: Act as a central point for resolving day-to-day operational issues with speed and precision. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Proven track record of success in an operations or project management role, preferably within a startup or a high-growth environment. • Expert-level proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL). • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of autonomy. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal skills with a non-political, collaborative approach. • Experience in the healthcare services sector is a major plus.
