You’ll own our employer brand, bring it to life across channels, and ensure our internal communications help every team member feel informed, inspired, and aligned. You will: • Own and evolve the employer brand—defining our employee value proposition and bringing it to life across hiring, onboarding, and culture initiatives. • Partner with HR to create consistent, authentic messaging across recruiting, employee engagement, and recognition programs. • Lead internal communications, including employee newsletters, executive messages, town halls, intranet updates, and company-wide announcements. • Manage and elevate the employee experience through storytelling, culture campaigns, and clear organizational updates. • Create and oversee content for internal and external employer brand channels, including LinkedIn, website, and Glassdoor. • Support copywriting and proofing across all brands under the One Health umbrella—helping ensure clarity, consistency, and tone alignment. • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy to drive communication that supports business goals. • Develop and manage an annual internal comms plan with key messages, cadence, and metrics for engagement. • Track and share insights on employee sentiment and engagement to continuously improve communication effectiveness. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You Bring You’re a strategic storyteller who can translate complex ideas into clear, human language. You know how to build connection across a growing, multi-entity organization—and you understand the power of great internal communication to shape culture. Nice-to-haves: • Experience in healthcare, multi-site, or MSO organizations. • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-powered productivity tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, Canva Magic, etc.). • Experience measuring employee engagement or communication effectiveness. Benefits Why Join Us This is your chance to build the foundation for how our people connect—to each other, to our mission, and to the work we do every day helping patients. You’ll shape our culture narrative and play a pivotal role in making One Health a place where people feel like they belong and are proud to work. You’ll thrive here if you: • Love crafting stories that inspire people to do their best work. • Have a builder’s mindset and enjoy creating systems and messaging from the ground up. • Want to work alongside world-class leaders who value collaboration, transparency, and humor. • Believe communication is culture—and culture is brand.
