Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do As Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our marketing engine running. You’ll support everything from social media and events to production and content organization—helping our growing brand team stay fast, flexible, and consistent. You will: • Manage day-to-day social media, including LinkedIn setup, posting, engagement, and content calendar management (and expand to other channels over time). • Support tradeshows and conferences, including logistics, materials, and onsite coordination. • Assist with production and vendor coordination—making sure creative assets and materials are delivered accurately and on time. • Maintain organized content libraries and ensure new assets are filed correctly and easy to find. • Coordinate leadership offsite meetings and help manage logistics, communication, and presentation materials. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, strategy, and operations teams to keep projects on track. • Jump in wherever needed—this is a dynamic role in a fast-moving environment, and no two days will look the same. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You Bring You’re smart, resourceful, and love variety. You can move from social posts to spreadsheets to event planning without missing a beat—and you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Must-haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2–4 years of marketing, communications, or brand experience • Experience managing social media channels and developing content calendars. • Strong organizational skills—you love a good system and a clean shared drive. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative teams where priorities shift. • A “no task too small” attitude paired with curiosity to learn and grow. Nice-to-haves: • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. • Event or tradeshow experience. • Comfort with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, or similar). • Project management experience.
