The Digital Marketing Manager oversees USGIF’s online presence, ensuring that website content, digital communications, and social channels are cohesive, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals. This role is deeply hands-on and responsible for day-to-day execution across all digital marketing functions. Responsibilities: • Manage content updates to the USGIF website (WordPress), including page updates, announcements, blog posts, sponsor information, and more. • Build, send, and track all email and social media marketing campaigns in HubSpot; maintain lists, workflows, and reporting dashboards. • Oversee content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics across platforms. • Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns. • Produce regular analytics reports across web, email, social, and advertising; identify trends and opportunities. • Coordinate with internal teams to support event promotions, membership campaigns, and content distribution. • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. • 1-3 of years of digital marketing experience. • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Pro. • Strong experience with WordPress. • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. • Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to execute quickly. • GEOINT/national security experience a plus.
