We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead multiple teams, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction across all service departments. No travel required! Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Location: Brooklyn, NY (East New York neighborhood, close to. LIRR and A/C, and L trains) Parking: Street parking available Salary: $95,000 – $140,000 depending on experience Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, most federal holidays off, and all Jewish holidays off The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role, coordinating daily operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This includes supervising technicians, managing scheduling and logistics, enforcing compliance standards, and optimizing performance across departments.
