Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the HR department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Responsibilities: • li",201340122,"2",134233614,"true",469778129,"ulli",335572020,"1",469778324,"Normal"]}">Provides responsive and professional support to employees and managers across a range of HR-related inquiries. • Maintains and updates employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. • Supports the execution of HR programs, policies and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. • Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations and internal policies. • Assists in the coordination and communication of HR processes. • Monitors and enhances internal HR processes by gathering feedback and aligning with evolving organizational needs. • Generates regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and strategy alignment for the HR department. • Contributes to both scheduled and ad hoc audits, as well as data validation initiatives, to ensure accuracy, and compliance. • Participates in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline HR operations. • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to team goals and organizational success. • Performs other duties as assigned. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
