Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years marketing experience including 3+ years leadership, strong digital marketing and branding skills, preferably bilingual Korean/English.
Position Summary The Director of Marketing will lead Bluu’s overall marketing strategy, brand development, and communication initiatives. This individual will oversee all marketing operations strengthen Bluu’s brand visibility, support sales growth, and drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills who can translate business goals into impactful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Bluu’s growth objectives and brand vision. • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external platforms. • Collaborate with executive leadership to define annual marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets. • Marketing Operations & Campaigns • Lead all marketing initiatives including product launches, campaigns, digital advertising, and customer communications. • Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO/SEM strategies. • Manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure. • Supervise creation of marketing materials such as brochures, sales decks, videos, and digital ads. • Team Management • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creativity. • Partner closely with Sales, IT, and Product teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals. • Analytics & Reporting • Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and make data-driven recommendations. • Maintain oversight of marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and campaign expenditures. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and lead generation. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or financial services industry preferred. • Korean and English bilingual preferred Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. • Health, dental, and vision insurance. • Employer paid Life Insurance • 401(k) with company match. • Paid time off, holidays, and additional employee perks.
