Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and act as a customer advocate within the healthcare sector.
3-5 years in a similar healthcare or clinical staffing role, with experience in consultative sales, managing client relationships, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Build and enhance relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and continuous account development / growth • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within existing accounts. • Regularly meet with healthcare management clients to understand their business needs and educate them on our services and solutions. • Create a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring ongoing account growth. • Act as a customer advocate, staying informed about trends within healthcare and commercial payer organizations. • Regularly connect with existing consultants to maintain and enhance their performance. Qualifications : • 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in clinical staffing. • Comprehensive understanding of payer organizations. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience in consultative sales and managing client relationships. • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.). • Willingness to travel as needed to develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
