Compensation decisions are based upon the candidate level of skill, qualifications, geographical location and experience, and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted pay range. Duties & Responsibilities Be responsible of maintain process plan and continuously optimize it to achieve given operational KPIs: quality, cost, and efficiency Problem solving in production and customer support Be responsible of production staff technique training and follow up the results Aligned with headquarter Process Engineering team with daily issues Support Internal and External Audit or Inspection, such as FDA audit Ensure full compliance with the corporate rules and regulations Requirements Education College degree or above Experience 2-4 years of experience in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical or other related engineering background preferred Ability to read and understanding engineering / shop drawings Experience with ERP systems Medical equipment knowledge is a plus Must comply with OSHA standards and guidelines If working with MR System, must be able to work in magnetic environment (no implantable metal in body).
