Responsibilities

The CNA Home Health Aide will follow individualized care plans to ensure safe and competent care while assisting clients with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Additionally, they will perform light housekeeping duties and monitor changes in clients' health or home environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have an active CNA certification in good standing and current CPR First-Aid certification. Prior experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated CNA Home Health Aide to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This flexible role allows you to set your own schedule while delivering essential healthcare services in clients’ homes. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Follow individualized care plans to ensure safe and competent care. Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Perform light housekeeping duties. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or home environment to the RN Case Manager. LICENSURE & QUALIFICATIONS Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing, listed on the applicable state nurse aide registry. Current CPR First-Aid certification. Prior experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing facility preferred. Reliable transportation for patient visits, if applicable. Pay Range USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
