Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team Job duties: • You will support and provide superior customer service via phone. • Handle incoming patient’s telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Resolve patients inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, while offering patient assistance and support. • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communications. • Access patient account information via computer software and make necessary updates as needed. • Document patient’s inquiries and requests efficiently in our system • Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics POSTION REQUREMENTS • Previous call center experience: • Medical Terminology • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in problem –solving • Ability to multitask and mange time effectively • Have High School Diploma or equivalent • Highly Motivated, fast learner UCB BENEFITS Your hard work and professional dedication will be rewarded with a highly competitive compensation package, including bonus potential.
