Description The Sr. Manager, IT Application Development & Support for Global Procurement (GP) is a strategic technology leader responsible for overseeing the design, development, integration, support, and continuous evolution of applications that enable global Procurement operations. This role serves as the primary bridge between Procurement business partners and DT, translating strategic objectives and operational needs into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions. This leader will drive alignment between Procurement’s vision, Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, and DT execution while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate combines deep procurement systems expertise (e.g., Coupa), strong financial systems knowledge and technical understanding of systems integration, scalability, security, and user experience. · Partner with Global Procurement leaders to understand and align to their end-state vision, strategic priorities, and transformation goals · Possess strong expertise in procurement platforms such as Coupa and maintain working knowledge of financial systems to ensure seamless integration across procurement and financial systems, including S2P workflows, invoice processing, supplier payments, controls, etc. · Lead and manage a high performing team responsible for designing, developing, integrating, enhancing, and supporting procurement applications. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business outcomes. · Drive delivery of resilient, scalable, and secure technology solutions aligned to Procurement’s roadmap · Build strong relationships with Sr leaders in GP, Finance, and DT as serve as trusted tech advisor. Act as the liaison between GP and DT, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear communication of tech strategy and risks · Champion innovation and embed AI capabilities. Develop and execute AI strategy and embed automation into procurement workflows, identifying high-impact areas in the S2P lifecycle · Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, procurement industry trends, and enterprise technology advancements and identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce friction, and modernize technological capabilities Qualifications Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor's degree · Engineering Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, Software Engineering · 7+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology · 5+ years in people leadership roles, managing application development and enterprise support teams · Experience in procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P) or finance systems in a complex and global environment · Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, procurement operations, and system integration. · Understanding of procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa) and ERP/financial systems (e.g., Oracle) and how they integrate across the enterprise ecosystem · Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, including APIs, middleware, data flows, and cloud-based platforms. · Ability to translate business vision into technology roadmaps aligned with procurement strategy. · Data driven decisions using metrics, KPIs, and operational insights to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. · Leadership experience and the ability to guide and inspire a team. Project management skills may also be beneficial. · A mindset for continuous learning and staying updated on industry Preferred Skills: · Master’s Degree · AWS certification · Experience evaluating or implementing AI/automation solutions within enterprise systems · Exposure to AI use cases in procurement such as: o Spend classification o Contract intelligence o Predictive analytics o Invoice matching o Gen AI chatbot · Coupa Certified Administrator / Coupa Implementation Certification · SAP Ariba Certification · AI/ML Certifications · Familiarity with AI, automation, and advanced analytics use cases within procurement and enterprise workflows. · Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs The base pay range for this role is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
