Full Description
Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Tandem (HP NonStop) batch and OLTP applications using COBOL and TACL. • Analyze business requirements, produce technical specs, and implement enhancements and fixes. • Work with Enscribe/SQL/MP, Pathway, TMF, Guardian; perform tuning and optimization. • Create and execute unit/integration tests, document designs and procedures, and support production/oncall. Requirements: • 5+ years experience in Tandem/HP NonStop development and analysis. • Strong COBOL, TACL, Enscribe/SQL/MP, Pathway, TMF, Guardian, and OLTP/batch experience. • Bachelor s in CS/IT or related field. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • Plus: insurance/claims domain experience, legacy modernization, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, Tandem/NonStop certifications.
