Job Description: Senior Manager, Strategic Alignment & Performance Location: Palo Alto, CA Hybrid, onsite 3 days/week Palo Alto (no remote) Reporting To: EVP, Strategic Operations Role Summary As Senior Manager in the Office of Strategic Alignment & Performance, you will play a critical role in translating Uniphore's strategic vision-anchored in the VCSOM framework-into measurable, cross-functional execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep operational mindset, capable of enabling functional leaders to align, execute, and report consistently across the business. You will be responsible for maintaining the enterprise repository of measurable objectives, driving operational reporting cadence, and ensuring leaders are consistently in sync with their operating goals and prepared to articulate progress and impact through quarterly business reviews. Key Responsibilities VCSOM Framework Operationalization - Partner with the EVP of Strategic Operations, and functional heads to institutionalize the VCSOM (Vision, Culture, Strategy, Obstacles, Measures) framework across all business functions. - Translate strategic goals into trackable OKIs, with a clear line of sight to functional objectives and company priorities. - Ensure all functions are consistently applying VCSOM in planning, execution, and reporting cycles. KPI Repository & Performance Management - Maintain a centralized and structured repository of KPIs and measurable objectives across the organization. - Ensure KPIs are owned, updated monthly, and aligned with strategic priorities. - Monitor, validate, and challenge the quality of submitted KPIs for clarity, relevance, and actionability. Operational Dashboards & Insights - Build in Tableau and manage real-time operational dashboards that measure progress, velocity, and business impact. - Partner with the CEO's Chief of Staff, Finance and RevOps teams to integrate business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce). - Provide actionable insights and early warnings to leadership to course-correct execution. Cross-Functional Enablement & QBR Preparation - Serve as the execution coach and thought partner to functional leaders preparing for their Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). - Design templates, alignment sessions, and best practices to ensure consistent and rigorous review materials. - Facilitate QBR working sessions and track progress of key commitments across cycles. Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications - 5-7 years in business operations, strategy execution, or program management roles in a SaaS, high-growth, or PE/VC-backed company. - Demonstrated experience operationalizing strategic frameworks across large, cross-functional teams. - Strong knowledge of enterprise KPIs, performance management principles, and OKR/OKI methodologies. - Expertise in building automated dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, BI tools, or similar). - Proven ability to drive alignment across executive-level stakeholders and their second in command. Competencies - Systems thinker with high attention to detail. - Skilled facilitator and strategic communicator. - High EQ, persistent and, with ability to influence without authority. - Strong project management and change enablement capabilities. - Adept at navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems at scale. Hiring Range: $186,900 - $257,000 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
