Unlike traditional EAP providers, we specialize in labor unions and offer tailored services that put the needs of union members first. Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Executive – Labor Union Partnerships who can open doors, build relationships with union leadership, and close contracts for UNION EAP services. This person will be the face of UNION EAP to union decision-makers, educating them on the advantages of our program, negotiating agreements, and driving growth through fully executed contracts. This is a high-impact role for a self-motivated, persuasive communicator who thrives on building trust, creating value, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with decision-makers (presidents, business managers, executive boards, etc.) in labor unions across industries. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with union leaders, understanding their unique needs and concerns. Presentations & Education: Deliver compelling presentations to union leadership and committees, clearly explaining the benefits of UNION EAP compared to other providers. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on union partnerships and contract growth. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, including proposal development and contract negotiations. Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to leverage outreach campaigns and create tailored materials for sales meetings. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and pipeline activity using a CRM system; provide regular progress reports to leadership. Representation: Attend union events, conferences, and trade shows to network, represent UNION EAP, and generate leads. Qualifications · Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (experience selling services strongly preferred). · Knowledge of labor unions, collective bargaining, and employee benefits. · Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and with credibility to senior leaders. · Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle — prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing. · Ability to work independently and strategically in a startup environment, creating systems and processes where needed. · Excellent networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. · Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value contracts. · Willingness to travel to meet with union leadership and attend events.
