Full Description

The People Operations Manager oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and compliance programs to ensure an efficient and employee-focused HR function. This role manages HR administration, data integrity, analytics, and service delivery while partnering with business and HR leaders to streamline operations, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies globally. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration • Oversee daily HR operations including employee data management (Employee Lilfe-Cycle), HRIS administration, payroll, and personnel file maintenance. • Lead process improvements to optimize HR workflows, documentation, and system efficiency. • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data across all systems and platforms. • Manage HR reporting, analytics, and metrics to provide actionable insights to HR and business leadership. Compliance & Policy Management • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws (European)and regulations. • Oversee policy development, implementation, and periodic review to ensure alignment with company values and legal standards. • Coordinate audits and reporting related to HR, payroll, and benefits compliance. • Manage the company’s immigration programs, including visa processing, work authorizations, and compliance with international employment regulations. • Partner with legal counsel, external immigration partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and documentation for sponsored employees. HR Systems & Technology • Serve as the system owner for the HRIS; ensure proper configuration, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and performance systems. • Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, test, and optimize HR system functionality. • Develop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven HR decision-making. Employee Services & Support • Manage HR service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate support for employees and managers. • Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding). • Support the administration of benefits, payroll processing & leadership, and leave management. Leadership & Continuous Improvement • Champion process excellence, automation, and a culture of continuous improvement within HR. • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT to align people operations with organizational goals. Requirements Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred. • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR operations or systems management. • Experience managing HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.). • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices. • Hands-on experience in managing payroll operations • Understanding of employment laws and compensation philosophy of Europe (Spain & Germany) and Mexico Skills & Competencies: • Strategic thinker with operational excellence and attention to detail. • Proficient in HR data analytics, process design, and systems administration. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong project management and change management capabilities. • Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
