Full Description

Position Summary As a part of the PMO, the Project Manager will be the go-to person for everything involving a specific project’s scope, budget and timeline. You will be consistently collaborating with cross-functional team members to thoroughly understand our technology solutions including design and implementation. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. A successful candidate will have strong knowledge of project management methods and tools, superior customer service skills and be motivated by delivering value to customers. This position is a remote work environment based in the United States. Please note, this position will begin in January 2026. We are seeking candidates available to start at that time. Primary Responsibilities • Assist Uniguest teams through preparation and delivery of technical specifications, presentations and statements of work specific to client requirements with effective technical solutions • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective action if necessary. • Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or multiple projects • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs • Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. • Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. • Develop end-user documentation and internal documentation as needed • Maintain timely project documentation per Uniguest processes • Consistently communicates progress, obstacles, and growth opportunities to manager and/or director • Assist in preparing department reporting and analysis when necessary • Participate as needed in consultations, product capabilities, and needs assessments with clients • Use appropriate judgement in communications regarding the department or employee concerns Experience & Skills • Experience in hospitality or digital signage • Finds joy in delivering positive outcomes to clients • Ability to detect issue trends and report and address them • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff • High level of initiative and resourcefulness • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment • Ability to multitask and manage time appropriately • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Required Qualifications • Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent military/professional experience • 3+ years of relevant professional experience • Prior technical project management experience • PMP Certification is a plus as well as prior experience in Presales, Professional Services, or Enterprise Product Implementation in a SaaS environment What We Offer • Supportive leadership team that rewards initiative and success. • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plan options.* • 401k Plan with Employer Match. • Paid Time Off Programs including vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off and parental leave. • Employee Assistance Program (EAP). • Employee Referral Bonus Program. • Professional Development & Training Reimbursement Program. • Potential for advancement opportunities. • Performance bonuses. • Employee Recognition Rewards Program. • Benefits package will depend on your position, location and other eligibility requirements.
